brings his take on creativity, community and collaboration to the Capitol Reef area, sharing his ideas on Highway 12 and its effect on culture and history. Hwy 12 has been called, “Utah’s All American Road.” Bimstein is former board chairman of the Utah Humanities Council and is the recipient of their alumni award.. Phillip will be joined by well known local folk musicians Ray Conrad and Will Barclay. This performance will be held on the outdoor stage if weather permits.
