James D’Arc spoke as part of the Saturday Sunset Series in July 2011.
D’Arc is curator of BYU’s Motion Picture Archive. In his presentation, he showed how movies are made in Utah, what happened on and off the set, how audiences reacted, and other movie scoops.
D’Arc is author of “When Hollywood Came to Town: The History of Moviemaking in Utah.”
