The Ward Roylance award was given to the Capitol Reef Natural History Association. Executive Director Shirley Torgerson and Board Member Newell Harwood accepted the award thanking the Entrada Institute and Capitol Reef National Park Superintendent Leah McGinnis. Shirley Torgerson also shared her memories of Ward Roylance.
